Due to the nature of our research-use-only products, returns and refunds are governed by the following conditions:
1. Return Conditions.
No returns are accepted for opened and used items.
2. Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
• Items damaged upon delivery;
• Incorrect items shipped;
• Parcels confirmed as lost by the courier;
• Change of mind / Unopened items returned within 30 days.
3. Return & Refund Window
To request a return or refund for an eligible issue, you must contact Support@aestheticlabs.eu within 30 days of delivery and provide photos or other relevant proof of the issue.
Please note: Products must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a return or refund. We cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or removed from their original packaging.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
