“For Laboratory / Research Use Only – Not for Human Consumption.”

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

You are qualified to handle research materials in compliance with applicable laws; and
You accept full responsibility for the lawful storage, handling, and use of these Products.

Aesthetic Labs EU SRL bears no responsibility for misuse or applications outside their intended research purpose.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our Website.
Information provided during checkout must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of non-compliance, fraud, or misuse.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed exclusively through our Website and accepted upon successful payment.
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Accepted payment methods include Stripe, Revolut, Crypto.com Pay, and others listed at checkout.
Customers receive an electronic invoice once payment is confirmed.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice; confirmed orders remain unaffected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the European Union only.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier.
Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging for confidentiality and safety.
Aesthetic Labs EU SRL is not responsible for delays due to customs, couriers, or incorrect delivery details.
Title and risk transfer to the buyer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our Products as laboratory reagents, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

Items arrive damaged or incorrect; or
The parcel is lost and confirmed undelivered by the courier.

To request a refund, please email us at support@aestheticlabs.eu within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing supporting evidence (e.g., photos, tracking details).
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be issued for:

Misuse or unauthorized handling;
Change-of-mind returns; or
Failure to comply with proper storage and handling procedures.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Products are supplied “as is” without express or implied warranties.
Aesthetic Labs EU SRL disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Products in question.
