Due to the nature of our research-use-only products, returns and refunds are governed by the following conditions:

1. All sales are final.
No returns are accepted for opened, unopened, used, or unused items.

2. Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
• Items damaged upon delivery;
• Incorrect items shipped;
• Parcels confirmed as lost by the courier.

3. To request a refund, contact Support@aestheticlabs.eu within 7 days of delivery, including photos or proof of issue.

4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

5. No refunds are issued for misuse, mishandling, delays caused by the courier, or any change-of-mind return.
